This book covers some basics of singing as a communication, what melody is, and musical rounds. Through activities in the book, the student learns to play a rhythm instrument while singing, and learns two-part and four-part musical rounds. Singing musical rounds activities require additional participants. Best done after Music and Rhythm, or minimally that student have an understanding of rhythm and the 1, 2, 3, 4 count.
