Product Description

What makes this course different from other commercial handwriting series is the use of clay to learn/practice initial formation of letters as well as the suggestions for correcting difficulties the student may have.

The course covers writing position and pencil grip, basic strokes used in cursive, and formation of both upper and lower case letters.

The student learns a few individual letters, then practices writing them together in small words, eventually combining the words into complete sentences.

Materials You Need to Supply: Texts: Commercial cursive handwriting drill books for extra practice. (Mary Pride's The Big Book of Home Learning, Crossway Books, pub., contains useful reviews of current books on the market.) Materials: Lined writing paper (7/8 to 1 inch), a big pencil with soft lead, clay.
