Product Description

The Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights are fundamental political documents of the United States, but the language of the documents can be difficult and studying them a dry activity. It need not be that way.

This course brings these documents alive by presenting them in the context of the history in which they appeared. In final activities of the course, the student studies the Constitution and Bill and Rights, and finds specific instances of their application to current events today.

By the end of the course the student is able to evaluate U.S. national issues in terms of their basis in the Constitution.
