Prerequisite: Knows how to tell time to the hour and nearest five minutes (The Elephant's Clock story and workbook strongly recommended). Knows addition and subtraction facts to 60, e.g., 48 plus 12 equals 60. Knows the meaning of the fractions one-quarter, one-half. Fourth grade reading level (or lower with parent/teacher help)
